Then, later that afternoon, we headed down to the Plaza to celebrate our anniversary as a family with dinner at the Cheesecake Factory and to see the lights. We started the tradition of going down to the Plaza for dinner with the kids last year, and I knew we would go for our anniversary, too. I suggested doing it all at once to Heath a few weeks ago, and he thought it was a good idea. And, we got to go out by ourselves last weekend, so I didn't feel like I was missing out. Plus, it was a lot of fun to have the kids with us. They were on their best behavior, which made the night that much better.

On Monday night (our actual anniversary) we watched the wedding video like we do every year. This time, the kids watched with us. They had lots of questions and lost interest after about the first 20 minutes of the ceremony, but it was fun to show it to them. At the end, there is a slide show of our honeymoon pictures. They were glued to those and both said they want to go there. It's the goal for #10...we haven't decided if we will take them with or not, yet!
