Punch Bowl Cake

Do you need an easy, delicious, semi-homemade dessert for summer BBQs? Look no further...this is one that my mom made when I was growing up and it is always a crowd pleaser. And it's super easy and makes a lot! The only think I'm missing is a cute trifle bowl to put it in!

Ingredients
1 Pound Cake (I used a box mix, but you could buy it from the store bakery)
2 cans of cherry pie filling
2 packages of instant chocolate pudding
1 tub of cool whip

Start by cubing your pound cake and putting half of it in the bottom of your bowl.

Next, pour half of your chocolate pudding evenly over the cake.
Then, add one can of cherry pie filling evenly over the pudding.
Repeat the 3 layers, ending with your second can of pie filling.
Top the whole thing with the tub of Cool Whip, sealing the edges.

Then, let a cute little one lick the spoons...no worries about raw eggs or anything with this one!
