Last Saturday, Madelyn started to stand up on her own. She's been trying to stand on her own for months, and she finally got her balance! It didn't take long for her to take her first steps! On Tuesday, just 5 days shy of her 15 month birthday, at daycare she took 2 steps and then she did the same at home for us! I was sure that she'd be off and running by the weekend, but she's been very timid. Crawling is her preferred mode of transportation at the moment, but her balance has really improved this week.
