Our California Adventure Part 6: Angels/Royals Game

A few months back, when I brought the idea of this vacation up to Heath, he said we should fit a baseball game in while we're there. So, I got on and looked at the schedule for the weekend I was looking at, and the Angels just happened to be playing the Royals on Monday! From that point, Heath was sold. I told him it was just meant to be!

The stadium is super close to Disneyland, so we were able to turn our rental car in and get a shuttle from Disneyland to a hotel right across the parking lot.

We got there early enough to catch the Royals' batting practice.

And the kids showed Mike Moustakas their best MOOOOOSE calls, and got a pic with him :)

We chit catted with a Royals' coach, and each of the kids got a ball.

We ate nachos out of a baseball helmet to get a souvenir.

Madelyn wanted a "stick" so bad, so we bought her and over-priced churro that she ended up not eating most of.

We walked around the stadium, and we weren't impressed. We are so spoiled with our amazing stadium here in Kansas City!

 It was fun, and Heath can check another stadium off his list!
