What happens when you don't pay attention
Well, I was on a good track and decided to take a week off of blogging about weight loss and that led to not logging my food and exercise for a week which led to out of control eating and no lbs lost for the past 2 weeks! I wasn't going to even post today since I have no good news to share in that department, but after I read Ashley's post on small goals, I thought that it might help me. So here I am! I did make it to Jazzercise everyday last week. I took the weekend off because I had a wisdom tooth removed on Friday afternoon and they said no major physical activity. But I was back at it this morning! And, I got all of my food logged, so I'm off to a good start on this Monday! I love making small goals for myself because I need instant gratification! And, I need to pay attention to what I'm doing here or I will never meet my end goals! So, for this week, I hope to lose 1 lb, log my food everyday and STAY OUT OF THE EASTER CANDY! That might be a hard one...One handful of Jelly Beans turns into 2, then 3, then I just say to myself, I screwed up already, why not have another!
