Friday Phone Dump!

I am in the holiday spirit and on a roll getting people crossed off my Christmas gift list! Amazon.com is my new best friend and I only have 2 things I'm going for on Black Friday Thanksgiving NIGHT! What is that about? I was fine with midnight...that was actually kind of fun the couple of times we went to Toys R Us and waited in line until they opened the doors at midnight, but 8:00? I wanted to go to see a movie or something on Thanksgiving night, but I guess I'll be waiting at Walmart for a certain gift that someone is asking Santa for :). I've been scouring the Internet to find this particular item for close to the Black Friday price, but I have yet to find anything comparable, so I will be at Walmart at 7:00 waiting like all the other crazies. Then it will be over to Target to save $6 on something to complete the other child's gift. Will it be worth saving $6? You bet. I just hope that I have someone to go with me...it's more fun when you're with someone else. Heath said it's still a week away and he isn't concerned about it...I want to have a plan.

Anyways, we have an exciting weekend ahead! My mom and dad are at Table Rock Lake right now getting ready to close on their LAKE HOUSE! For as long as I can remember we've been vacationing at Table Rock, and I think every time we went, my parents said that they were going to retire there. Well, that dream is coming true for them. They aren't close to retiring or anything, but they are getting their lake house. We're driving down tomorrow morning to help clean it up a little bit and celebrate Thanksgiving.

I haven't touched on it yet, but are you keeping up with the Wildcats???? #1?!?! We're pumped at our house and even considered booking tickets to Miami for the BCS National Championship, but we have some siding that needs to be replaced ASAP, and unfortunately that is going to take priority :( I have a little devil Willie on one shoulder telling me "Just do it. It's a once in a lifetime thing." Then there is the little Dave Ramsey angel on the other shoulder telling me that it's not worth it. We'll be cheering on the Cats from the lake tomorrow night, for sure!
