Snow Day!

Brody has waited all winter to do snow angels...

We FINALLY got some snow! I can't believe we made it all the way to February before we were able to get out and play in the snow! We bought the kids snow boots as soon as they hit the shelves so that we didn't have to worry about not having any like last winter! Brody actually had an ear infection and stayed home from Ms. Lisa's and school on Monday, so I don't know if playing in the snow was the best choice, but he was feeling better by the late afternoon, and we weren't out too long.

Heath picked up some shovels for the kids so that they could help him.

Then there were some snowball fights!

Little miss wouldn't leave her mittens on! Next year she needs some gloves!

Then we went in the back yard to do some sledding!

Then we came in to have some hot chocolate and a cookie!

We're hoping for some more snow so we can use our boots one more time this year!
