A couple weeks back, we FINALLY made it to our first Sporting KC game! We've watched a few matches on TV, and we've heard that the games were a lot of fun, so we were pretty excited when Heath won tickets at work. I have to say that I wasn't prepared to get as engaged and excited as I did! It was a blast, and the kids got into it as much as we did. They were cheering and watching for almost the entire game. We felt a little out of place because we didn't have any Sporting gear! The kids may be getting their own shirts for Christmas so we're ready for next season.
So much is happening in KC these days, so it's hard not to be proud of this awesome city! We found out this morning that Ikea OFFICIALLY announced that they will be opening a store 15 minutes from our house in 2014!
