So, I decided to jump on the P90X bandwagon with Heath. He was having trouble getting it done every day, so I decided (after trying on a swim suit at the gap over the weekend) that I was going to do it with him.
We just finished day 2! It's tough, but I think it will definitely be worth it! I feel skinnier already...sore muscles make me feel skinny for some reason :)
Using my Garmin F60, I was able to keep track of my heart rate and calories burned. I burned 483 calories tonight!
I can't decide if I'm going to take before pictures or not...I probably should, but I will be keeping them to myself!
